Dear Dr. Reisfeld,
This thank you letter is long over due! I can’t thank you enough for all that you have done for me. Almost a year ago now, on May 19th, you were so kind to meet with my mom and me last minute before surgery to go over the procedure and evaluate my condition for the first time. I flew from Virginia Beach, VA the night before and you and I met the next morning, the day that changed my life. I have never met such a wonderful doctor and person, who was truly concerned about me as a person, not just a one time patient. For that I am sincerely grateful. You made a very scary, life changing event simple and calm.
You checked on me several times after surgery which made me feel very comfortable and relieved. This day changed how I interact with people, how I live my day and how simple things such as writing, shaking people’s hands and all other normal activities so effortless. I thank you from the bottom of my heart and hope that more people like me find you and know that they can make a difference in their battle with hyperhidrosis. In my next visit to California, I will be sure to stop in. I will never forget all that you have done for me, I will never forget that day!
