Thank you so much for changing my life! If someone would have told me six months ago that my hands would be sweat free today, I wouldn’t have believed them. Its like a dream come true.
I was always nervous for job interviews, meeting new people, attending church-anywhere I might have to shake hands with someone. The mere anticipation of shaking hands would only make them worse. People wouldn’t believe me when I said my hands would literally dri pat times with sweat.
My husband has commented so many times on how dry and warm my hands are now. I have had a little compensatory sweating, particularly during exercise; however, I don’t think its any worse than anyone else. Given the choice of a little compensatory sweating versus the cold clammy hands, I would choose the compensatory sweating any day.
My minor scars healed fine and I was back to teaching aerobics in no time. Of course as soon as I returned, I had so many curious people coming to check the success of the surgery. I strongly believe that I’m a better mom, wife and employee after this surgery. My confidence has increased and I’m not worrying about my sweaty hands. I can’t say enough how great it is to not worry about my hands sweating – I can focus on more important things in life.
My almost six month old son, unfortunately, has excessively sweaty hands and feet. I’m so happy that he won’t have to live his whole life with this condition. I’ve been there and I don’t want him to have to have the same worries I had. I could go on and on with how its changed my life and how excited I am to continue to discover new things I can enjoy now with my newfound confidence and sweat free hands. To the normal person, it seems so trivial, but to a person experiencing this condition, its traumatic.
Please feel free to call me with any questions or if I can help in any way. I would love to let as many people know as possible how thrilled I am with this surgery. I can’t thank you enough.
Sincerely,
Teresa Wymetalek
