Dr. Alan Cameron has been performing the ETS for hyperhidrosis and facial blushing since 1984. He lectures and demonstrates ETS in  many UK centers and is convenor of a Royal College of Surgeons advanced course teaching ETS.  He served five years as Chairman of East of England Vascular Group, as well as the Vascular Advisors Council of the UK. He is Consultant General & Vascular Surgeon to the Ipswich Hospital.  During the 2007 conference in Brazil, Dr. Cameron was elected President of the International Society for Sympathetic Surgery. You can now have surgery in England with a surgeon with one of the longest ETS experience, over 20 years.

Teaching experience  

I have always been involved in teaching. This has led to the position of Director of Clinical Studies with responsibility for all undergraduate and PRHO teaching and supervision in the hospital.

I have lectured and demonstrated sympathectomy at many UK hospitals.

I have been to Albania and to Uzbekistan to teach surgical techniques.  

Medico-legal experience 

I have been involved in the preparation of medical reports since 1989 and attend Court as an expert witness.
